A three-day course based on the practice mindfulness, chanting, Buddhist meditation and meritorious action will be held at our centre from Friday 30th of March to Sunday 1st of April 2018.

Our courses are offered to help people learn the Buddhist approach to living happily and to developing our capacity to deal with the complexities and difficulties that are often part of our daily life. Please click here for further details
